FRAGMENTA is a pioneering design and sustainability initiative founded by Nour Najem and Guilaine Elias. Rooted in circular economy principles, the project transforms discarded remnants into one-of-a-kind collectible pieces, either functional or purely artistic, redefining waste as a source of beauty, heritage, and creative potential. In its inaugural edition, FRAGMENTA partners with Najem Group & Co., a cornerstone of Lebanon’s marble industry since 1981. At its core, FRAGMENTA is a celebration of craftsmanship, material legacy, and community. It pays homage to stone’s enduring role in human history while looking toward and more sustainable future. By uniting generations of creatives around a shared mission, FRAGMENTA proves that even fragments hold cultural, material, and social value.
